After graduating from Veterinary School Federico II in Naples in 2004, Diana went on to complete a clinical training period in small animal medicine with focus on cytology-histopathology. Then she completed the dermatology program of the European School for Advanced Veterinary Studies (ESAVS) and a dermatology internship in Italy and in USA in 2010 followed by a dermatology residency. In 2016 Diana moved to California to finalize the residency program which encompassed training in clinical dermatology and dermatopathology at Dermatology for Animals vet clinic in Campbell and UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. She also got through one year dermatopathology internship at the Università degli Studi di Milano, Italy. She obtained the European Diploma in Veterinary Dermatology in 2020. Since her return to Italy in 2022, she works for I-vet Diagnostics and for the skin vet service Dermatologia Veterinaria Irpina as referral dermatologist with a deep interest in dermatopathology in Southern Italy. Author of scientific papers published in international peer-reviewed journals and speaker at several congresses and courses in Italy and Usa.
